Scheduling:  Services are by appointment only. You can schedule an appointment online (if you have prepaid for a service) or by phone. Gift cards and couples massage appointments must be booked by phone. You can reach Jeromeo at 612-339-4977.

Arrival/Check in: Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early in order to fill out the new client intake form, prepare for your massage and to describe your needs to the massage therapist. ***All clients must check in at the front desk upstairs, when arriving and check out at the front desk after their appointment.***

Late Arrival:  We do our best to accommodate each client. If you are running late, please call and let us know. If there are clients booked after your session, you will receive the remaining time available for your session and will be charged the full service fee.

Special Health Considerations:  Please notify us when making your reservation if there are any health considerations you may have, such as allergies, physical ailments, special needs or if you are pregnant. If you are scheduling an appointment for your partner or a friend who is expecting, you must notify us upon booking the reservation.

Payments:  We require a credit card to book all appointments. We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks.

Parking: Metered street parking is available on N 2nd St. and surrounding streets. Meters accept cards and quarters. Or use the MPLS Parking App from a mobile device. Second and Second parking ramp at 128 N 2nd St has parking, more information can be found on their site here.

Safety/Conduct:  The sessions are strictly therapeutic and non-sexual. Please respect your therapists. Any sexual comments or advances towards a therapist will result in immediate termination of the session.

Confidentially/Privacy: We respect your privacy and follow the laws of HIPPA and your information is never sold or given out except where appropiate by law.
